Mubasher: The main index of the Muscat Securities Market ended Monday’s session falling by 0.03% or 1.47 point to the level of 5,768.84 points.

Trading volume declined to 9.69 million shares from 15.9 million shares exchanged on Sunday, turnover also decreased to OMR 1.93 million from OMR 2.03 million.

The services sector dropped 0.12% as Port Services Corp topped decliners with a 5.51% fall. The stock made the highest trading activity with a volume of 1.45 million shares exchanged at OMR 347,120.

The financial sector also shrank 0.09%, while the industrial sector rose 0.27% as Oman Cables Industry led the green list by adding 2.68%.
