Mubasher: The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) issued on Wednesday a tender of government treasury bills for a maturity period of 28 days.

The total value of the allotted treasury bills worth OMR 30 million ($77.66 million), according to Oman News Agency.

The average accepted price reached 99.961 for each OMR 100, the minimum accepted price was 99.96 for each OMR 100, while the average discount rate and the average yield arrived at 0. 5105% and 0. 51077% respectively.

The interest rate on the Repo operations with CBO is 1.02444% for the period from 27 September to 3 October, while the discount rate on the treasury bills discounting facility with CBO is 1.77444% for the same period, according to a statement by the bank.
