Kuwait – Mubasher: Osos Holding Group’s ordinary general meeting and extraordinary general meeting will consider on Thursday the board’s recommendation of decreasing the capital.

The capital is proposed to reach KWD 10 million, down from KWD 16.825 million, through cancelling 168.25 million shares with a nominal value of 100 fils per share, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.

This decision was made because the current capital exceeds the exact need for the company, following the Kuwaiti Capital Markets Approval (CMA) on 30 August for shrinking the capital.
