Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Cotton Ginning said the ordinary general meeting decided to pay out cash dividend at 10 piasters per share for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The ordinary meeting approve the board’s report and the financials for the same fiscal year, along with discharging all board member from all liabilities for the fiscal year 2015/16.

The company’s profit for 2015/16 jumped 376% to EGP 28.5 million.

By 10:20am Cairo time, the stock quote was placed at EGP 2.75 with a 1.5% rise.
