Doha - Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange ended Monday’s trading session in the green zone, as the main index gained 0.56% or 58.15 points, and closed at the level of 10,425.89 points.
The main index rose on the back of blue chip stocks, as Arab National Bank, Ezdan Holding Group, and Industries Qatar added 1.54%, 1.5%, and 0.28% respectively.
The market sectors saw a group rise today, real estate went up by 1.07%, and banks grew 0.81% as Islamic Holding gained 2%.
Telecom levelled up 0.48% as Ooredoo increased 0.61%, despite Vodafone Qatar slipping 0.09%.
Total traded volumes increased to 3.69 million from 2.45 million shares in last session.
Turnover also went up to QAR 173.76 million from QAR 73.95 million on Sunday.
