Mubasher: The GCC stock exchange markets are expected to see an upward performance this week amid investors’ anticipation for leading companies to disclose their Q3 financials, which are forecast to be positive, analysts told Mubasher.

The markets are seeing positive factors as oil remains above the level of $50 per barrel, capital market analyst Ahmad Akl said.

The announcement of Q3 financial statements is likely to push investors to change their current financial positions and start creating new ones, Akl noted.

GCC markets’ current turnover is a previously pumped liquidity and not a new one, capital market analyst Ibrahim Al-Filkawy said, noting that this cycle confirms investors’ anticipation.

A positive performance reflected on investors’ sentiments in KSA and the region, following the issuance of international bonds by Saudi Arabia, Al-Filkawy said.
