Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo Poultry reported a 39.5% profit decrease in the third quarter of 2016, according to a Sunday's bourse filing.

The company earned EGP 48.6 million in Q3-16, compared with EGP 80.4 million, the consolidated results revealed.

Over the first nine months, net profit declined 11.7% year-on-year to EGP 148.8 million from EGP 168.5 million.

In the first half, the company earned EGP 100.2 million, higher 14% year-over-year from EGP 88.1 million.
