Riyadh - Mubasher: The tough times that the oil market has faced are now over, said the current president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Qatari minister of energy, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Sada.

Al-Sada also stressed that there is now a need to exert maximum efforts to bring back the market balance as soon as possible, he said during a press conference in Riyadh on Sunday held on the sidelines of the 35th meeting of the GCC petroleum cooperation committee.

He also revealed that there will be a meeting between OPEC members and Russia on Monday to reach a common ground regarding supply and demand as well as exchanging technical and economic perspectives.
