Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) is expected to open on mixed note amid the investors’ concerns over the awaited exchange rate flotation.

“The benchmark index EGX30 is expected to witness resistance at the levels of 8,380 points and 8,540 points, while it see support at the levels of 8,200 points and 8,130 points,” said Ahmed Abdel-Hamid, Managing Director of Watheeqa Securities.

 “The market is following a sideways movement since two weeks between the levels of 8,130 points and 8,600 points, “said Ayman Fouda, head of capital market committee at the African Economic Council.

The benchmark index slide 0.04% to close at 8,274.15 points on Sunday.
