Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market fell at Monday’s close by 0.12% or 6.52 points to the level of 5,531.45 points.
The services sector declined by 0.22% as Oman Education and Training Investment led the red list with a fall of 6.82% and Phoenix Power declined 2.07%.
The industrial sector shrank 0.11% due to a fall of 6.67% in Al Hassan Engineering and 3.7% in National Aluminum Products.
The financial sector fell 0.01% as Oman United Insurance slid 1.72%, while Al Madina Investment topped the green list by adding 1.82%.
Oman and Emirates Investment Holding made the biggest trading volume activity with more than 1 million traded shares, while Bank Muscat made the highest liquidity of OMR 227,860.
