Doha – Mubasher: Medicare Group said Tuesday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 15 November to discuss amendments to some articles in the company’s articles of association (AoA).

The meeting’s agenda includes discussing a proposal to amend the first paragraph of article no (7), concerning the increase of the maximum limit of equity ownership from 10% to 25%.

Shareholders will also mull adjustments to articles no (27), and paragraph no (3) of article no (28), according to a bourse filing.
