Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company recommended on Monday the distribution of cash dividends to the shareholders for the second half of 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 1.25 per share or 12.5% of the face value, with a total amount of SAR 63.5 million.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in Tadawul on the closing of Monday’s session on 12 December.

Distribution date will be announced on 29 December, the company said in the statement, and added that the eligible shares total 50.8 million shares.
