Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties said the number of Indian investors represent 11% of its customer base, according to a statement.

They have purchased around 4,500 villas and apartments from the Palm islands developer, Nakheel, estimated to be worth AED 7.34 billion ($2 billion).

The Dubai-based developer was focusing on promoting its Palm 360 luxury hotel and residential development on the Palm Jumeirah.
