Mubasher: The transport and communications ministry of Oman has approved Port Services Corporation’s request to extend the concession agreement to manage and operate Port Sultan Qaboos.

This approval is subject to the ministry’s accepting to all the terms and conditions as given by the corporation, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

Oman’s ministry approved to extend the contract for a one-year period up to 31 December, 2017 as given in the corporation’s letter dated 25 December, 2016.
