Saudi Ceramics Company announces that its board of directors has resolved in its meeting on Wednesday 28/12/2016 to recommend to the ordinary general assembly to distribute cash dividends for the financial year of 2016 amounting to 50 million Saudi riyals, by distributing 1 riyals for each share representing 10% of capital, the number of total eligible shares is 50 million shares. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered as of the end of trading on the general assembly meeting day, which will be announced in due course after obtaining the necessary approvals from the official bodies. The date of distribution will be announced after the ordinary general assembly approval.
