Following the announcement by Saudi Ceramic Company dated 27-10-2016 regarding the disclosure by the listed companies of their progress towards transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) second phase the company would like to announce that the board of directors had approved on 28-12-2016 the accounting policies required in preparing the Financial Statements complying with IFRS. In addition the transition plan for implementation which was announced earlier is ongoing as planned.
