Kuwait – Mubasher: The board of Al Shamel International Holding has disclosed, in its meeting on Thursday, the date when the company will withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.

Al Shamel has set 29 June, 2017 to be the final date of delisting from the stock market, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

The company’s shares that are available for trading account for 5.44% of the overall shares of the company, according to a previous bourse statement on Monday.
