Kuwait – Mubasher: The board of Kuwait’s Central Bank has renewed its approval for raising Al Sayer Group Holding Co’s ownership percentage in Warba Bank for three months.

The three-month period will start on18 January and end on 18 April, according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.

The ownership rate will be increased to 15% from 4.9%, the statement said.
