Mubasher: Kuwait Projects Holding (KIPCO) will start the promoting offer for issuing $500 million worth bonds outside Kuwait, with maturity of 10 years.

This issue will be will be part of KIPCO’s existing $3 billion-euro medium term note program (EMTN), according to a bourse filing.

KIPCO said that Citi, HSBC, Kamco, and JP Morgan were appointed to arrange the debt offer, which will be issued by KIPCO’s subsidiary Kuwait Projects which is registered at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
