Mubasher: The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) said that the monthly issuance of Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities, Sukuk Al-Salam, has been subscribed by 100%, according to a recent statement.

Subscriptions worth BHD 43 million were received for the BHD 43 million sukuk issuance, which carries maturity of 91 days. 

The issuance begins on 22 February, 2017 and matures on 24 May, 2017, the statement added.

The expected return on the issuance is 2.23 %, compared with 2.16% for the previous issue on 18 January, 2017.
