Mubasher: The shareholders of GFH Financial Group decided to postpone the ordinary and the extraordinary general meetings of the company due to lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.

The OGM and EGM will be held on 1 March 2017.

Earlier today, the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said that the trading on GFH’s stock will not be suspended during the shareholders’ meeting.

GFH will discuss the board’s recommendation of distributing 20% dividends; 10% as cash dividends and 10% as bonus shares.
