Mubasher: Bahrain Islamic Bank confirmed on Thursday the news published on Mubasher Info website which said that the bank had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bahrain Kuwaiti Insurance, which is listed on both Bahrain Bourse and Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse filing.

On 21 February, Mubasher Info said that Bahrain Kuwait Insurance signed an MoU with Bahrain Islamic Bank to purchase the bank’s entire stake in Takaful International, which is listed on Bahrain Bourse.
