Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Thursday’s trading session in green; the price index went up 0.25% or 17.05 points to close at 6,809.78 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose 0.86% and 1.47%, respectively.

The banks sector topped eight gainers with 1.59% on the back of Boubyan Bank which gained 4.9%.

Meanwhile, the industrial segment led four decliners with 0.43%, dragged by Shuaiba Industrial Company which lost 5.9%.

Liquidity decreased to KWD 27.96 million, after trading volume shrank to 273.02 million shares.

Aayan was the most active stock on which 32.16 million shares were traded.

Boubyan Bank recorded the highest trading value of KWD 3.1 million.
