Kuwait – Mubasher: Fujairah Cement Industries Company said Thursday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss distributing cash dividends worth AED 21.35 million ($5.812 million) for  fiscal year 2016 on 13 April.

The OGM will also discuss and approve the company’s budget and its profit and loss statement for the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
