Mubasher: The Kuwaiti court has issued a ruling against Kuwait Finance House (KFH), ordering the bank to repay KWD 12.07 million ($39.4 million) to Anwar AL Khalij Real Estate, in addition to KWD 100 court costs, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

KFH clarified that no financial impact will reflect on the bank’s financials because the court ordered a primary ruling against which KFH will file an appeal.

At the stock level, KFH ended Thursday’s session higher with 1.64% to 620 fils, after 2.1 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 1.3 million.
