Mubasher: The price per barrel of Omani oil declined on Friday, according to data released by the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME).

Omani oil for April delivery declined to $55.54 pb, compared to its closing price of $55.66 pb on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Omani oil for March delivery reached $53.93 pb, up $1.21 from figures recorded for February delivery.

By 11:36 GMT, US crude oil futures fell 0.51% to $54.17 pb, while Brent crude for April delivery decreased 0.64% to $56.22 pb.
