Mubasher: Oman Telecommunications (Omantel) said Sunday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 30 March to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 70 baisa per share for fiscal year 2016.

The dividends account for 70% of the company’s capital, according to a bourse filing.

Earlier in August 2016, the company distributed cash dividends of 40 baisa per share. Thus, the total distribution for 2016 amounts to 110% of the company's paid-up capital, equivalent to 110 baisa per share.
