Mubasher: Voltamp Energy said Sunday that it will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 29 March to discuss a proposal by the board of directors to distribute cash dividends of 18 baisa per share for fiscal year 2016.

The recommended dividends account for 18% of the capital, according to a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also discuss the distribution of 17-for-100 bonus shares (17% of the capital).
