Cairo – Mubasher: Rakta Paper Manufacturing Company posted on Sunday a month-on-month decrease of 24% in its losses during January.

Losses amounted to EGP 5.9 million in January 2017, compared to EGP 7.8 million in December 2016, according to a bourse statement.

The company’s January production reached 3,500 tonnes valued at EGP 19.7 million, compared to 2,700 tonnes worth EGP 12.8 million in December 2016.

In the first months of fiscal year 2016/2017, losses amounted to EGP 44.6 million.
