Mubasher: The main index of the Muscat Securities Exchange (MSM) went down 0.27% or 15.96 points, reaching 5,833.56 points at the end of Sunday’s trading session.

The services segment edged down 0.3%, dragged by Ooredoo which fell 2.05%.

The financial sector also retreated 0.18% in line with the 1.92% drop of Oman and Emirates Investment Holding.

Meanwhile, the industrial segment was the only gainer with 0.02%, on the back of Oman Fisheries which rose by 1.33%.

Liquidity amounted to OMR 4.59 million after trading volume reached 16.11 million shares on Sunday.
