Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) said that a part of King Fahd International Airport Company will be offered for subscription in the future.
Privatizing King Fahd International Airport in Dammam is not the first experience as King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh preceded it in July 2016, Abdullah Al Khorayef, GACA spokesperson told Makkah Newspaper.
Al Khorayef noted that the workers will be transferred from the pension system to the insurance.
Expansion in privatization will boost competition in prices and development of services, the spokesperson added.
