Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Moltaqa Investments Company (AMIC) said Monday that it will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 19 March to discuss distributing cash dividends of EGP 1 per share for fiscal year 2016.

The OGM will also look into the company’s financial statements for the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company’s consolidated profits for 2016 declined 36.6% to EGP 55.3 million.

The stock was last traded at EGP 12.09.
