Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo Educational Services said Monday that its profits for fiscal year 2016 declined 10.7% to EGP 6.26 million from EGP 7.01 million for FY15.

The company’s board approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 30 piasters per share, subject to the approval of shareholders in an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on 19 March, according to a bourse filing.
