Mubasher: The main index of Boursa Kuwait went down by 0.42% or 28.94 points to end Monday’s session at 6780.84 points.

Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices fell by 0.49% and 0.29%, respectively.

The real estate segment led the decliners with a fall of 1.18%, dragged by Kuwait Resorts which levelled down by 6.5%.

Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector topped the gainers with 2.58%, on the back of Napesco and Senergy which rose by 5.4% and 3.7%, respectively.

Trading value shrank to KWD 23.81 million as 213.58 million shares were exchanged.

Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 16.02 million shares were traded.

Boubyan Bank recorded the highest trading value that reached KWD 5.5 million.
