Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) ended Monday’s trading session 0.03% or 0.39 points higher, closing at 1,349.75 points.
The banks sector retreated 0.65% to head the decliners, dragged by Al Salam Bank and Ahli United Bank (AUB) which lost 2.59% and 1.26%, respectively.
The services segment edged down 0.30% in line with the 9.6% drop of Nass, which was the top loser.
Meanwhile, the industrial sector gained 1.34%, on the back of Alba which gained 1.41%.
AUB was the most active stock on which 1.77 million shares were traded at a value of BHD 1.4 million.
Liquidity increased to about BHD 687,120 after trading volume grew to 3.1 million share.
