Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Umm Al Qaiwain General Investments Company said its shareholders will discuss on 18 April a 7% cash dividend, or 7 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.

Total proposed dividends stand at AED 25.4 million for FY16.

The company’s capital amounts to AED 363 million, distributed on 363 million shares at AED 1 per share.
