Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Tuesday’s trading session with a mixed performance; the price index edged up 0.03% or 2.24 points to close at 6,783.08 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices fell by 0.24% and 0.49%, respectively.

The oil and gas segment topped five gainers with 4%, on the back of Napesco which rose 7.22%.

Meanwhile, the banks sector led seven decliners with 0.62%, dragged by CBK which retreated 4.4%.

Liquidity increased to KWD 31.8 million after trading volume grew to 261.44 million shares.

Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 44.92 million shares were traded.

NBK recorded the highest liquidity that totaled KWD 6.5 million, with the stock rising 1.37%.
