Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian ministry of petroleum announced that the minister of petroleum and mineral resources will attend the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention.

Tarek El Mola will also be attending the International Mines Minsters Summit (IMMS), which will be held on the sidelines of the convention.

El Mola said that the visit comes as part of the ministry’s continuous efforts to support and develop its strategy, and to exchange views with participating ministers, and public officials from 63 nations.

During the convention, the minister will hold a number of meetings with international companies to present the current investment opportunities in the mining sector in Egypt.
