Ten deals to be signed during King Salman’s visit to China

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi King Salman started an official visit to China on Wednesday after concluding his visit to Japan, which started on Sunday.

The Saudi ambassador to China told Alekhbariya that the King’s visit may witness the signing of more than ten agreements.

Turki Bin Mohamed Al Mady added that China had not formed any joint committees with any country except for Russia and Saudi Arabia, noting that China is a main partner of the Kingdom in the field of energy.

Al Mady pinpointed that although oil prices seeing a decline, the trade volume between the two parties exceeded $43 billion in 2016.

King Salman started an Asian tour on 26 February, which includes visits to Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and China, and will last for one month, to promote ties and search for investment opportunities.
