Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday to overview the board’s recommendation of distributing 17% cash dividends and 10% bonus shares for fiscal year 2016.

The company’s proposal includes a cash dividend of 17 fils per share, as well as an overall of 524.15 million shares to be distributed for the fiscal year, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.

During FY16, the bank’s profits increased by 13.3% to total KWD 165.23 million from KWD 145.84 million in FY15.
