Dubai - Mubasher: Gemini Property will present its AED 300 million project in Dubai, Gemini Splendor, during the Abad-Jang Expo 2017 in Pakistan, according to Dome Exhibitions.

The project is the first of its kind in Dubai’s Sobha Hartland, as per the statement issued on Tuesday.

More than 30% of the project has been completed, and it is set to be opened in the first quarter of 2018.

Pakistanis are the third-largest, non-Arab expatriate group investing in the Emirate’s real estate sector, with investments reaching AED 4.4 billion ($1.2 billion) on 2016, as shown by the statistics of the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Pakistani investments in Dubai’s real estate totalled around AED 30.6 billion in five years.
