Kuwait – Mubasher: The general assembly of Mezzan Holding will meet on 10 April to discuss the distribution of cash dividends for 2016.

The dividends will be at 28 fils per share, representing 28% of the share's nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company's capital amounts to KWD 31.1 million, distributed over 311.33 million shares at a nominal value of 100 fils per share.

The meeting will also discuss the board and auditor's reports for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2016, the statement said.

Mezzan's profits stood at KWD 17.1 million in 2016, registering a decline of 11.6% from figures recorded in 2015.
