Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) indices closed Wednesday’s trading on a mixed note, as the benchmark EGX30 index dropped 0.20% to the level of 12,879.06 points and the EGX50 index declined 0.01% to 2,028.99 points.

Meanwhile, the EGX70 index grew 1.27% to 554.64 points and the EGX100 index levelled up 0.91% to EGP 1,293.84 points.

Trading volume reached 177.5 million shares exchanged through 29,000 transactions, making a turnover of EGP 789.7 million.

Net purchases by foreign investors reached EGP 80.8 million, while Egyptian and Arab investors were net sellers by EGP 59.14 million and 21.7 million, respectively.

AMOC, Pioneers, Delta for Construction, TMG Holding and HADISOLB dropped between 2.13% and 1.64%.

On the other hand, GMC Group, Amer, Orascom Construction, Domty and Arabian Cement rose between 3.8% and 1.37%.

Commercial International Bank – Egypt advanced 0.24% to EGP 76.38.

The main gauge fell on Tuesday by 0.91% or 118.12 points to the level of 12,905.37 points.
