Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) approved the board’s proposal of paying 5% cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The bank will distribute 5 fils per share for the fiscal year, with an overall value of BHD 5.07 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

During FY16, profits shrank 25% to total BHD 8.4 million from BHD 11.2 million in the previous fiscal year.
