Riyadh – Mubasher: Saud Al Qahtany Auction Company hired Musharaka Capital Company as the financial advisor for the offering and listing of its shares on the Saudi Nomu-Parallel Market.

The company said that it will contact qualified investors to invest in the offered shares, after obtaining the necessary and regulatory approvals, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Saud Al Qahtany Company was founded in 1970 to buy and sell equipment and large and small cars. In 2010, Saud Al Qahtany Company Auction Company was founded, according to the company’s website.
