Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a negative performance in Monday’s early trades, weighed down by the decline of most sectors.
The DFMGI slid 0.39% or 13.37 points to reach 3,455.11 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The market saw trading of 16.83 million shares through 300 transactions, with a turnover of AED 18.873 million.
The consumer staples sector led losers with a 0.84% decrease. Likewise, the investment sector retreated 0.68% after DFM Company sank 1.59%.
The real estate sector levelled down 0.51% as Arabtec Holding tumbled 1.11%.
On the other hand, the telecom sector rose 0.17% as du increased 0.17%.
