Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose at Monday’s close by 0.15% or 15.68 points to the level of 10,428.53 points.

Trading volume increased to 13.25 million shares from 8.3 million shares exchanged on Sunday, turnover also rose to QAR 333.76 million from QAR 222.52 million.

The industrial sector advanced 0.55% as Aamal grew 1.3%, the real estate sector levelled up 0.22% due to an increase of 3.05% in Mazaya Qatar and 0.06% in Ezdan.

Meanwhile, the telecom sector dropped 0.74% and the banking sector shrank 0.05%.

Vodafone Qatar was the largest traded stock with a volume of 4.825 million shares, while Masraf Al Rayan made the highest turnover of QAR 44.37 million.
