Mubasher: The general assembly of Bahrain Flour Milles (BFM) has approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2016 at 20 fils per share of 20% of capital, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Bahrain Bourse on Monday that the dividends will have a total value of BHD 496,500.

BFM’s capital totals BHD 2.48 million distributed over 24.83 million shares at a par value of BHD 0.1 per share.
