Dubai – Mubasher: The shareholders of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) approved the distribution of 21 fils per share for the second half of 2016.

The company will distribute a total of AED 960 million, according Mubasher calculations.

Total annual earning per share (EPS) for 2016 rose to 34 fils per share.

Shareholders of record by 6 April will be eligible for dividends.

du generated profits of AED 1.75 billion in 2016, down 9.8% from AED 1.94 billion in 2015.

The telecom operator’s capital amounted to AED 4.57 billion, distributed on 4.57 billion shares at AED 1 per share.
