Cairo - Mubasher: The CEO of El-Sherif Law Firm and Consultants, Atef El-Sherif, said that the Beltone Financial Holding appeal against the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) has been referred to another judicial district.

El-Sherif also told Mubasher that they have requested, for private undisclosed reasons, to refer the lawsuit to a second court.

Beltone’s attorney also said that the next session will soon be scheduled, adding that he will ask for it to be a ruling session since all of the case’s documents are prepared.

Last year, Beltone Financial Holding filed two lawsuits against the EGX and EFSA due to the repetitive trade suspension of the company’s stock.
